Harman Industrial Development SRL (HIDE-Park) is a Swiss-Romanian real estate company with focus on the development, construction and management of industrial parks & on-site energy solutions.
From our 2 locations in the Brasov region, we have developed a new type of of light industrial park focussing on clean energy and robotics & automation technology, offering our residents an unique ecosystem to simplify market launch as well as day-by-day operations.

We pioneer innovative light industrial developments, fostering a circular economy and leaving a lasting impact on local communities and the environment.

general concept
We target hardware-related businesses from mechanical engineering, clean -
& green-tech, robotics and other areas with installation, after-sales and staff training requirements.
In this context, we would like to address Asian and other non-EU companies interested to supply South-East Europe or the entire EU from Romania.
To succeed, these companies need to have a physical presence, which requires either their own local representation and/or a dealer network.
In this context following crucial features are indispensable:
low initial investment in building and manufacturing set-up.
A pool of highly qualified and motivated technicians who can configure, install and repair the installations.
A financing provider that enables payment plans or capital friendly “pay-what-you-use” solutions.


the idea
Most people are familiar with traditional coworking spaces and tech hubs. We have taken inspiration from these models and brought them to product-based business.
Our clients are a collection of both startups and mature companies, keen to replicate their business model across borders - BUT without high initial investments and manpower!

Fully automated warehouse
Our customers do not have to operate their own storage facilities. Our AI automated warehouse is offered on a pay-what-you-use basis and therefore does not require any investment or the employment of your own staff.
Customer support as a service
We engage professional teams to carry out installation, maintenance and repair work for numerous clients. This enables us to share the team and hence offer favourable conditions - so that our residents do not have to set up their own cost-intensive service teams.
Order- & Supply chain management
We provide outsourcing of receiving, tracking, and fulfilling both supply and final customer orders. Via the Worxspace app, the workflows can be steered and monitored. If desired, we can also provide debt collection and financial escrow services.
Industrial services
Whether contract manufacturing or other industrial services - Worxspace provides the highest level of outsourcing! Hence our residents can focus on the most valuable competences: product development, branding, sales and other added value jobs.

Worxspace offers a disruptive partnership and financing model that creates a unique link not only between our residents but also manufacturers, dealers & resellers and local entrepreneurs.
Joint venture model
On demand, Worxspace, as landlord, is willing to enter into a joint venture with individual residents in which we bring in the overhead, warehousing services as well as a pool of OEM’s seeking for trade representatives
Matching engine
Via our app-based matching platform, we are linking our residents with each other and in this way creating a synergy-generating community. The platform is also available to suppliers and final customers to create a holistic eco-system.
Payment plans & Funding
Using leasing schemes or blockchain based asset tokenization, the resident's products can be sold to end customers via rent-to-own or “pay-what-you-use” plans. Worxspace offers it’s app based platform for the implementation of such models in cooperation with specialised leasing, asset tokenization companies as well as equity funds.
